1. Sweepstakes Period: The Real Food Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 23, 2010 and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET on January 4, 2011 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). See below for specific dates of all Entry Periods.

2. To Participate:

• To Register for the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period: visit www.therealfoodproject.com (the "Entry Site"), go to the promotional area and click register to fill in all required information for one (1) entry into that Entry Period’s Sweepstakes Drawing only. Registration is only required the first time you enter. There is a limit of one (1) registration Sweepstakes entry per person per email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All eligible registration Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. ET on each Entry Period’s end date indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that Sweepstakes Drawing only. Sweepstakes Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent Sweepstakes Drawings, if any.
• To Earn Additional Sweepstakes Drawing Entries and to receive an Instant Win chance during the Sweepstakes Period via the Entry Site: Once registered, visit the Entry Site, log-in and click on the link to spin the Wheel of Real (the "Game Play") for one (1) additional Sweepstakes Drawing entry and one (1) Instant Win chance. There is a limit of three (3) Game Plays per day but a limit of one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry per day, regardless of method of entry. All eligible additional Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. ET on each Entry Period’s end date indicated in the chart below, to be eligible for that Sweepstakes Drawing only. Entries will not be carried forward for subsequent Sweepstakes Drawings, if any. • To Enter the Grand Prize Drawing Only via DISH Network L.L.C. ("DISH Network"): If you are a DISH Network subscriber and the Authorized Account Holder , turn your TV to Channel 125 from 12:00 a.m. ET on May 24, 2010 through 1:00 p.m. ET on May 31, 2010 ("DISH Network Period 1") and Channel 99 from 12:00 a.m. ET on June 28, 2010 through 1:00 p.m. ET on July 5, 2010 ("DISH Network Period 2"). You may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry by following the prompts to submit your entry. All DISH Network entries must be completed by 1:00 p.m. ET on May 31, 2010 for DISH Network Period 1 entries and 1:00 p.m. ET on July 5, 2010 for DISH Network Period 2 entries.

For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" is defined as a 24-hour period, beginning at 12:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET, except for the first “day” of the Sweepstakes (March 23, 2010), which begins at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET and the last “day” of the Sweepstakes (January 4, 2011), which begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 12:00 p.m. ET. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Drawing entry per person per email address per day, excluding the initial registration Sweepstakes entry, regardless of method of entry. All entries must be complete to be eligible. All entries/Game Plays become property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Normal Internet access phone/usage, subscription access charges imposed by your on-line/phone/DISH Network service provider will apply.

3. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever (the "Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the "Administrator"), Ryan Partnership, Brightline Partners, LLC, and DISH Network, and their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win.

4. Random Drawings: The Sweepstakes winners will be selected in separate random drawings on or about the dates listed in the chart above, from among all eligible Sweepstakes entries received during each Entry Period. The random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize will depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during each Entry Period.

5. Sweepstakes Prizes and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): See charts below for prize descriptions, quantity and ARV. There is no limit to the number of times you may win a prize. Gift cards are subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply.

6. Verification: All Instant Winners are subject to verification of eligibility. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If, due to an error of any kind, more winning names are determined as instant winners, or more instant win prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded according to Rule #8, the intended instant win prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified instant win prize claims received. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Use of automated Game Play devices or programs is prohibited. The Sponsor, Administrator and their agencies assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the Sweepstakes.

7. Second Chance Drawing: All Sweepstakes entries automatically will be entered into a Second Chance random drawing for any unclaimed Instant Win Prizes. Second chance random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, on or about the dates listed in the chart above, from all eligible entries received during the specific Entry Period. Odds of winning a second chance prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the specific Entry Period and number of unclaimed Instant Win Prizes (if any) in the specific Entry Period.

8. Instant Win Prizes, ARVs and Approximate Odds of Winning: See charts below for prize descriptions, quantity, ARVs and approximate odds of winning. There is no limit to the number of times you may win a prize. Maximum value of the product coupon is $3.50. Product coupons are subject to restrictions and expiration dates may apply.

9. General Rules: Winners may be notified by phone/email/mail and may have to confirm their mailing addresses within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. All prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible Sweepstakes entries/Game Plays are received. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner (or the parent/guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence), if applicable. Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, Brightline Partners, LLC, and DISH Network each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Released Parties"from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Sweepstakes entry/Game Play or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of the prizes. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address or DISH Network subscription used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. “Authorized account holder” of a DISH Network subscription is the natural person in whose name the account has been issued and to whom services are billed. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the online and/or DISH Network portion(s) of the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Sponsor and conduct the Sweepstakes Drawing from among all eligible online and/or DISH Network entries received prior to cancellation. In the event of cancellation, all Instant Win Prize winners determined up to that time will be awarded their prizes and the additional Instant Win Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Entry Site; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Entries/Game Plays generated by script or bot are not eligible. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, entrant (or parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her state of residence) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys fees or other legal costs.
